My passion for coaching stems from my experience in advertising sales at large tech companies (Amazon, LinkedIn), and from working with a coach myself. After a decade of selling to some of the world’s biggest brands, I stepped into management — a shift that challenged me to evolve and rethink how I showed up at work. Coaching quickly became central to my leadership style. Since then, I’ve led teams with a focus on developing every individual — always leading with kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect.

I’m particularly passionate about helping people navigate the transition from individual contributor to manager — supporting them to build confidence, develop their own leadership style, and lead with clarity and empathy. I also work with leaders who want to build strong, inclusive team cultures — where people feel safe, motivated, and able to do their best work.

I bring creativity, curiosity, kindness, and empathy to my coaching practice, offering both support and challenge to help clients reach their goals.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father and husband, a Level 1 FA-certified junior football coach, a passionate reader, and a Grade 8 guitarist. I also speak fluent French and German, having spent much of my twenties living abroad.
